Manual:

• Make sure that the wide waistband with the Velcro is closed. Then step into the band as when putting on pants. Make sure that your transverse band with a pelotte is between the legs.
• Keeps the pelotte with comfortable pressure on the bulge in the groin region. If there is no bulge, place the pelotte on the painful area in the groin region.
• Then set the waistband so that there is even pressure on the pelotte. Make sure that the band and the pelotte do not get too tight around the waist and in groin region.
